A Bit About Me

Hi, I’m Alice, a certified pre- and post-natal personal trainer and a busy mum myself — I know how precious time is.

My mission? To help women make fitness achievable around motherhood. Whether you’re preparing for baby, bouncing back after birth, or just trying to squeeze in strength and self-care between school runs, I’ve got you.

With my specialist qualifications, I design safe, evidence-based workouts that respect your changing body. But more than that, I’m here to support your confidence, energy, and long-term health — not just for now, but for your whole motherhood journey.

I believe training shouldn’t feel like another endless task on your to-do list. It should fit around your life. My programs are flexible, simple, and tailored to where you’re at.

Based in Northampton, looking to grow my Mummy & Mini Fit Classes, as well as growing my little studio, currently have 3 Personal trainers working alongside me in the studio as well as running 2 weekly Pre & Post Natal Classes. All focused on adding to the community and supporting as many women as possible.

Covid, Little one number 2 just born and maybe the toughest period as a Mum to date, this is where the true understanding of me wanting to add value to Mums lives truely became a passion. Struggling with Post Partum Depression and not knowing where to look, fitness dug me out of a whole and gave me a purpose and clarity that I want to share with everyone

Straight after qualifying as a personal trainer, I got my first opportunity at fitness first St Albans, learnt loads and still stay in touch with a number of clients, searching for my passion in the fitness world, just loved helping people and exploring teaching lots of classes and supporting individual journeys. Over the years started exploring working for small independent gyms and honing my personal training style and delivery.
