Refund Policy

Alice Addition is committed to providing high-quality personal training services, both online and in-person. Please read the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.

Online Programs

  • All online programs come with a 7-day satisfaction guarantee.

  • If you are not happy with an online program within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.

  • Refund requests after this period cannot be accommodated.

In-Person Sessions

  • For in-person training sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered as a completed session and will not be refunded.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be agreed upon with Alice Addition.

How to Request a Refund or Cancel

  • Include your booking or program details

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • All refunds are made using the original payment method.
