Mummy & Mini Fit

Mummy & Mini Fit is my passion project—not my actual baby, but it certainly feels like one! For the past six years, I’ve been proud to run classes designed to support mums in staying active without needing to leave their little ones behind.

Our sessions give you 45 minutes of your time to focus on your fitness while your baby watches, plays, or even joins in as an adorable extra weight. Most importantly, Mummy & Mini Fit is about more than exercise—it's about building a community of strong, supported mums who feel confident, connected, and grounded in their own sense of purpose.

FAQ

Q. What happens when my little one needs a feed?

A. No problems, give them a bottle or breastfeed and then get back on with the class. We are here to support you.

Q. My baby is crying what should I do?

A. No problems ill come and give them a cuddle for you so you can carry on working out, or pick them up and use them to add extra challenge to your exercise.
